Great couple of hours with the girls nice and private and better then expected!

A fabulous venue for our daughter’s 9th birthday party!! Facilities spotlessly clean, really lovely and warm pool house and pool/hot tub, beautifully done garden room with log burner. All 9 little ladies had the time of their lives, this might highly likely be used for future parties 😊

A very warm welcome, we was made us ease and nothing was too much trouble! We have 2 girls with additional needs and it was nice to experience somewhere that wanted us to experience as much as possible. It's so warm in the pool and hot tub which is so lovely and relaxing. All areas are so clean and we look forward to our next visit!

Amazing location, very secluded and private pool. Great facilities, with plenty of changing space, which had underfloor heating. Pool was the perfect temperature to get straight into. The kids had an amazing time, and I would not hesitate to book again, lovely hosts too, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We hired the pool for my son's 11th birthday. The facilities are clean and it is a lovely pool. However our experience was spoiled by the hosts luke warm welcome. The hosts are happy to charge for a service but we were made to feel like an inconvenience. There is only one shower (this was not advised at any time on booking or on arrival) and we were told we only had 15 minutes to shower and change 10 of us. We went over by 5 minutes and were told we should have all got in together? not sure how that works with 8 x 11 year boys under one shower head or why are you showering you do that at home! It completely ruined the enjoyment the boys had in the pool.

11 year olds birthday party. It was quite clean and everyone had fun. However the staff made us feel uncomfortable at the end of our pool session. Even though there is only ONE shower, they were visibly upset it took 20 mins for 6 children and 3 adults to get ready. Literally whining at us and going on "you should be out in 5 mins etc. - whilst we tried to get the kids sorted. This is despite the fact that we was due to use the dining space and still had almost an hour remaining. It felt like they didn't want to be there. Like we was a nuisance for them. Moody people, especially the larger man. It's a shame, but never again.

Fantastic place for families and friends. Everyone can feel a great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Swimming pool with clean and warm water, jacuzzi, sauna room. I highly recommend it.

We celebrated an 18th birthday as a family at The Pool House. It was well organised, very clean, great facilities and so much fun for all the family. As it was a special birthday the hosts went above and beyond providing balloons and even a gift. I would highly recommend.

We hired the pool for my daughter's 8th party and will definitely do it again. The owner was lovely and helpful and was on standby if we we needs her but also gave us privacy. The pool and changing area was clean and warm. The garden Room was is a great place to serve food. With pretty fairy lights and decorations. Can't wait to go back x
